Whenever things like compliance course come up, it’s likely to elicit a groan from both L&D and everyone who has to take the course. They’re generally huge time commitments and not fun to do. So, when I was tasked to make a compliance-y course about doing due diligance with financial checks, I knew I wanted to approach it a bit differently.

When I heard the word “fraud,” my American brain immediately went to cowboys. I had grown up watching Westerns with my dad, and knew I wanted to run with the theme.
